“The Happiness Trap” From Dr Russ Harris This is a great book if you want to start to learn how to accept and manage your thoughts and emotions differently, via acceptance.

Russ introduces us to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is a wonderful therapy that is so essential, especially now during this time of our lives when so many things are out of our control!

his book is a classic, giving readers lots of simple exercises to stop the struggle of our ongoing thoughts that can be so unhelpful.
