It is ok to be enjoying the lockdowns!
It does give us a break from the stress of everyday life. But getting back to life after lockdowns can be hard for people. So I recommend to keep up daily routines (that you had prior to lockdowns), slowly get out of the home (everyday if you can) and if you are feeling anxious going back into the world, do some slow deep abdominal breathing exercises, to come back to the present moment and keep your focus in the here and now. You will adjust to daily life once again.
