Have you lost Motivation.....

As we are coming out of lockdown and into the world again, you may notice it is hard to develop new routines and stop some unhealthy behaviours. You have lost motivation. The first thing to think about when you want to change a behaviour is ask yourself WHY do you want to stop this behaviour? What are the disadvantages for you if you keep this unhealthy behaviour?
