There is a lot of research indicating that we can be healthy at any size and the key factor
that shows what contributes to longevity and good health (at any size) is movement
or exercise.
No matter what is your physical ability or size, find movement that suits
you and you enjoy.
Start slow, add it to your day for 10 mins- and then see if you can
do this for 30 mins, 5 days a week.
Then notice the difference in how you feel.š¶āāļøšļøāāļø
