Journalling

Are you back from Holidays and struggling with the boredom of everyday life? If so, notice

what you are thinking to yourself, what are you feeling (emotionally) and then what are you

doing in response to these thoughts and feelings? Keep a journal- If what you are doing is

not helping you- then think about what can you do differently to manage your emotions?

(eg take some time to do something fun for yourself, catch up with your positive social

supports, do some exercise or do some Relaxation). Holidays bring us joy, relaxation and

fun- problem solve, how can you bring those into your life when you are not on holidays?💜
