I recently had toe surgery to remove a benign tumor. I was told it will take two weeks post op whereby I would need to recover at home and not put pressure on my foot. And this tumor could present itself again in future. So I thought it may be a good idea to write:

From my experience I knew I had to shift how I thought about my situation. So instead of focusing on what I could not do, I focused on, what can I do?
Given I use exercise as a natural antidepressant, I decided to look into safe chair exercises suitable for foot (or lower leg) injuries.
