As we get through the middle of the year, how are you feeling? We tend to operate in
automatic pilot mode most of the time, not noticing our emotions, our body sensations or
our thoughts. It is usually only when we feel sick, or our physical health suffers, do we stop
and need to pay attention. So why wait till you feel unwell, NOW it is good time to check in
with yourself- it only takes a few minutes. Notice what can you see, hear, taste, touch and
smell in this moment? Then ask yourself, how do I feel? What do I need right now?
