Seeking Emotional Support



If we do not ask for emotional support, we may feel emotionally deprived all the time. We

may feel empty, or lost or alone. So please, be direct, be clear and ask for what you want

emotionally from others. I often tell many of my clients do not assume your loved ones

know what you want- so crystal clear, assume the other person does not know anything.

Remember people cannot read our mind. 💜
